When you choose to clear with us, you and your financial advisors will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our systems before you start using them.

Plus, we tailor our training to meet your firm’s specific needs. All appropriate departments at RBC Correspondent Services will be involved in providing the training you and your financial advisors need to “hit the ground running.”

In addition, you'll be able to count on these resources:

Help Desk – Your financial advisors and their support staffs have unlimited access to our Help Desk. If Help Desk members are unable to help you, they will refer you to another area that can.

Technology training classes – We offer a variety of online training classes that will help your financial advisors get familiar with new technologies they will be using. Through the Internet and Live Meeting, they can “attend” these classes, ask questions and interact with the trainer — without ever leaving their desktops. We also have trainers that will visit your firm for an in-depth technology review.
